(However, you are restricted to the hours of operation of the room or facility in which the on-demand printer is located.) A student ID is required to use on-demand printing.

To print a job, use the dedicated touchscreen terminal next to the printer. Browse the print jobs stored on the server and select the desired print job. User authentication is required to use the dedicated terminal. This ensures that only print jobs from the authenticated user are displayed and points deducted from that user’s printing account.

Note: If the dedicated terminal is left idle for a certain length of time (approximately 30 seconds), the screen will default to its home screen.
